There is relief news for the officials of the Health Department who are worried about losing or spoiling the service book. Now the service book of the employees will be uploaded on the Internet. From 25 December to 5 January in the CMO office, the officers, doctors and employees will upload the complete details of the service register on the portal named ‘Manav Sampada’. A firm contract has been awarded from the government level. In Bulandshahr, the same firm will record full data of employees on the website.
The health department employs 1200 regular employees, 800 contract workers and 100 employees of service provider firms. As per the existing system, a register of service book is in the department. It contains complete details of the action or praise received during the employee’s job. Service book is very important for any employee. Under the new system, the service book of employees will be uploaded online. The service book of the employees will be maintained on the ERHMSDOTNICDOTIN website. The name of the portal is being described as human property. The departmental officer said that from December 25 to January 5, the service book of officer-personnel will be uploaded on the portal. The password will be given to the employee concerned. Whenever the worker wants, he will be able to view his service book by clicking on the website and will also download a copy of the service book from the Internet. Under the instructions of the government, departmental officers have started collecting the details of the service book of the personnel.
