Explain to all cognitive teachers that this test is not mandatory in every school. Just like the unit test (PAT) is taken every month for standard 3 to 8, in our taluka also the enthusiastic teachers working in the intelligentsia make their own test of their children. So if a formula is maintained in the whole taluka and also if we take this test of my small mistakes .. what will happen ..? The idea is to make this test at the taluka level. In addition, when the standard 3 to 8 (pat) unit test comes, we will take standard 2.

The role of the teacher as an effective facilitator is not limited to imparting knowledge to the students and developing their cognitive skills, but the teacher is to inculcate in the students personal and social qualities so that they can contribute to their best at all stages of their personal, social and academic life.  The practice of personal and social qualities such as care, attention, sensitivity, acceptance, empathy cooperation by the teacher students and other social partners in the classroom and school helps to create a conducive environment. 

Which is a prerequisite for teaching.  In order to provide real life experience to the student, development of effective communication skills is essential.  These skills are not only limited to the student's interpersonal relationships with family members and friends but are also instrumental in creating an effective learning-teaching environment.  The present module will provide guidance in the development of personal and social qualities in the students as well as help expert friends, teachers as well as other interested people in the development of their life skills and especially in the development of personal-social qualities.
